“One District – One Product” (ODOP) Scheme is an important initiative of the Uttar Pradesh Government in promoting MSME based manufacturing and nurturing various area specific products through organized support in the area of finance, marketing, production, policy and technology. Bank is creating separate verticals for some of the key products under the scheme and thereby support this key initiative for furthering the growth of the MSME sector in general.

Bank of Baroda, one of India’s largest Banks is looking for around 15 qualified and experienced sector Specialists cum Product Managers who thoroughly understand these businesses, end to end and can lend support to the Bank to market its MSME products, create area specific / Product specific schemes for the Bank and drive the Business in the respective segments.

1.A candidate can apply for only one post under this project.
2.The process of Registration of application is complete when fee is deposited with the Bank through On-line mode on or before thelast date for fee payment.
3.Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post as on the date of eligibility. Short-listing and interview will be purely provisional without verification of documents. Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents when the candidate reports for interview if called.

Detailed eligibility criteria:

QualificationGraduate/ Engineers / Agriculture Specialist from recognized University / Institute as approved by Central Government. Candidate having qualifications in the respective specialised area / MBA or equivalent will bepreferred.
Work ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Production, Market place, Finance or General Management in one of the Specific business segments / sectorsCandidates should have sound and thorough understanding of the specific product line & business and should have a minimum of 5 years’ of domain experience in the specific Industry which may be relaxed indeserving cases. Additionally, exposure to financial management will be given weightage. Candidate havingexposure in rating agencies with the requisite industry specializations can also apply.
